surgery.

Health
Visitors
Health visitors are based at The Deal Community Clinic. They provide care initially for the under fives but also hold various groups for all ages. They can give advice and information on parenting, behaviour, diet and postnatal depression. Dr Feeney's drop-in clinic and childhood immunisations will continue to be offered at the Cedars Surgery from 2.00 - 3.00pm but parents are asked to attend Deal Clinic on Thursdays
9.30am -12 noon for weight checks.
To contact the health visitors please ring 01304 865460 or 01304 865457 and leave a message. They will respond to your call as soon as possible.
Counsellors
We currently have two counsellors: Jay Brown and Janet Bantin. For referral to the counsellor please see your doctor.
Medical
Students
The doctors at The Cedars are involved in the
teaching of medical students from the Imperial College School of Medicine. Occasionally
we also help nursing students with their practical experience. If a medical student
sits in with your doctor or nurse you will be given the opportunity to ask them
to leave if you prefer them not to be present during your consultation.
