HOW DO I.... OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION? Repeat prescriptions take two working days to process and will be available for collection after 1.00pm on the allotted day. The right hand side of your prescription contains a list of your current repeat medication. To order your repeat prescription please tick the appropriate box and deliver it to the surgery. This may be in person or by post. Prescriptions can be posted back to you providing you include a stamped, addressed envelope. We regret that we are unable to take telephone requests.
To make ordering repeat prescriptions easier for you, we have secured a collection service with some of the local chemists. If you regularly use any of the following chemists, call into the chemist and register for their collection service. They will explain their procedure to you. The chemists are: Boots Chemist, Walmer Pharmacy, Clockwork Chemist, Alliance Chemist, Paydens and Strand Pharmacy. You can now also order your repeat prescription online by logging on to www.patient.co.uk If you wish to use this facility enquire at the reception desk for further information. |
